2. Subscription and Purchase Information

DailyHit uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and premium entitlements.

When you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat may process information necessary to manage your subscription and verify your entitlement. This may include:

An anonymous app user identifier
Subscription and purchase history
Subscription status and entitlement information
Transaction or receipt information provided by Apple
Basic device and application information, such as device identifiers, operating system version, and application version

DailyHit does not collect or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials.

Payments for purchases made through DailyHit are processed by Apple through the App Store. MC Dev Lab does not receive your payment card information.

Precise or approximate location
Photos or videos
Camera data

DailyHit does not use advertising networks or third-party analytics services.

4. Tracking

DailyHit does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising or marketing purposes.

The App does not use your information for targeted advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

DailyHit uses third-party services that are necessary to provide certain functionality.

RevenueCat

RevenueCat provides subscription management and entitlement services for DailyHit. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription information, and basic device and application information.

Apple

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store infrastructure. Apple may collect and process information in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy.

DailyHit does not control information collected directly by Apple.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because most DailyHit gameplay and progress information is stored locally on your device, you can generally remove that information by deleting the App from your device or using the App's available reset functionality, if provided.

Subscription and purchase records associated with your App Store account may continue to be retained by Apple and/or RevenueCat as necessary to process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, restore functionality, fraud prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

Because DailyHit does not maintain user accounts or a database containing personal profiles, MC Dev Lab does not have a user account database from which personal profiles can be deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

DailyHit is not intended to collect personal information from children.

The App does not require users to create accounts or submit personal information.

DailyHit is an educational application concerning casino games and may contain simulated gambling-related content. The App does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, betting, or casino services.

Parents and guardians should consider the App's age rating and content when determining whether it is appropriate for a child.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through DailyHit.

Because DailyHit does not maintain user accounts or a centralized database of personal user information, most App usage information remains on the user's device.

Information processed by third-party services such as Apple and RevenueCat is subject to their respective security practices and policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to DailyHit, our services, or applicable legal requirements.
